Fuck me, I forgot to mention the background.
Anyway. It looks nice from a glance, but if you pay a little more attention, the anatomy is a bit off. The finger at the very bottom is a bit thick, the one next to it on the same hand a bit thin. The thumb of the same hand is also a bit big.
On the female's hand, the fingers are a bit stiff and straight. The thumb though is pretty anatomically incorrect from what I can see.
The fingernails are probably what bothers me most; none of them go even remotely past the fingertip. Which fingernails generally do unless you bite your fingernails or cut them extremely short.
